Trading and Returns Policy:
1. Heirloom Knitting has a fair trading policy, wishing that anyone who purchases something from us is entirely happy and satisfied with their purchase.
2. For all our products, we offer a 'no quibbles guarantee' which means that, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in original condition (unopened for our pattern packs) within 30 days, and we will refund the price you paid for it (less postage and packing costs). Please also email us to let us know that you are doing this and enclose a note with your name, address and reasons for return, with the items that you are sending back.
The cost of returning the items, in a safe and secure manner ('insured for their full value' and 'signed for on delivery' methods), is your responsibility and no refund can be given for the costs of this (but see 4 below). If the goods are returned in any other manner and we do not receive them, we will not be able to make a refund.
3. Important : Books that have been personally dedicated at your request are thoroughly inspected by us for any defects before despatch. We therefore cannot accept their return under the above guarantee.
4. Of course, if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, then we will be happy to refund your postage costs as well!
