Trading and Returns Policy
Heirloom Knitting wishes that everyone who buys something from us is entirely happy and satisfied with their purchase. For our book 'Heirloom Knitting' we offer a 'no quibbles' guarantee which means that, if for any reason at all you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days, and we will refund the price you paid for it (less postage and packing costs).
Important : Books that have been personally dedicated at your request are thoroughly inspected for any defects and for quality before despatch. We therefore cannot accept their return under the above guarantee.
For our pattern packs again, if for any reason at all you are unhappy with your purchase, you can, within 30 days, return it to us unopened and in its original condition and we will refund the price you paid for it (less postage and packing costs).
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, then we will be happy to refund your postage costs as well. When returning an item, please package it carefully, enclose a note giving your name and address and the reasons for the return and then send it to the address shown below. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
