We use WorldPay to safely and securely process credit card transactions on our behalf. You can use any of the credit cards shown below and pay in either US Dollars, Euros or GB pounds. This is by far the easiest and safest way to order and pay for your goods. You can also telephone us to place your order but please bear in mind the time zone differences.

You can also order by post but payment needs to be made in pounds sterling and made payable to Heirloom Knitting. Sending your credit card details by email or the post is not secure and is not recommended. However, if this is your only alternative, please email us for further advice. Do not send cash by ordinary post as we cannot accept responsibility if you pay this way and it is not received by us.
We will send your goods by airmail, unless you choose otherwise. Despatch is usually within 48 hours of receiving your order so you should receive your goods within 5 - 10 working days (sometimes sooner).
If you request a surface mail delivery, please be aware that your goods can take (depending on where you live) up to 10 weeks to arrive. If you have any concerns at all about placing an order, please contact us and we will be more than pleased to help.
Please note, at present no VAT is charged on books or Pattern Packs ordered and delivered within the European Union. For all other countries, we would like to point out that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over such charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country so you should contact your local customs office for further information regarding any taxes or duties the importation your order may attract and for which you will be liable.
