About Ordering Goods From Us

Click the 'Continue' button below to view the books and patterns that we have available. However, before you visit, please read the following important information.

For credit card payments, we use WorldPay to safely and securely process these transactions on our behalf. Any of the credit cards shown below can be used and you can choose to pay in either US Dollars, Euros or GB pounds. You can also use PayPal and this option appears during the ordering process. Telephone orders are also welcome but please bear in mind the time zone differences.

Orders by post also work for us but they need to be accompanied by payment (in pounds sterling) made payable to Heirloom Knitting. Sending your credit card details by email or the post is not secure and is not recommended and please do not send cash by ordinary post as we cannot accept responsibility if you pay this way and the money is not received by us.

We normally send your items by airmail, unless you choose otherwise and we aim to do this within 48 hours of receiving your order. You should then receive your goods within 5 - 10 working days (sometimes sooner).

If you request a surface mail delivery, please be aware that, depending where you live, your items can take up to 10 weeks to arrive.
