The Princess Shawl Bookmark comes with sufficient quantities of the 1 Ply Shetland Supreme, CashSilk and Gossamer Merino yarn so that you can practice and make small swatches. There is enough of each to make an edging point - vital for establishing tension.

Making these swatches will help you to decide which yarn gives the best results for you!

We also include a sample of the DMC #70 Crochet Cotton for you as a reference point, as this was the yarn we used for the original Princess.
